Shipping & Returns

Priority Mail is intended for orders shipped outside the continental United States only. This includes all orders to foreign countries. Priority Mail shipments within the continental United States do not come with tracking or insurance. If you chose Priority Mail for shipments within the continental United States you do so at your own risk. There is no insurance coverage or tracking available. Any claims of delivery times are the sole responsibility of USPS. We in no way guarantee any delivery times for any delivery method. The term "tracking number" when used in conjunction with USPS means "Delivery Confirmation" which is not what is traditionally considered "tracking". Delivery confirmation doesn't tell you when a package will be delivered or where the package is while in transit. Its sole purpose is to indicate that a package has been delivered.

Priority Mail is not expedited shipping. It may take 5 to 10 business days after the order is shipped for the packaged to be delivered. Priority Mail is the United States Postal Service brand name for regular snail mail that weighs 14 ounces or more. It does not implied any kind of actual priority. Priority Mail is intended for orders shipped outside the continental United States and does not come with tracking or insurance. Orders that weigh 13 ounces or less may be shipped First Class at our descretion.

Shipping charges are an estimate. If the actual shipping is more you will be sent, via email, a PayPal or Google invoice for the difference. Express shipments are almost always estimated low due to "dimensional weight". Dimensional weight is combination of the weight plus the size of the shipping box. Our shipping calculation does not know the size of the box so the shipping charge is just based on the weight. If it is necessary to collect extra shipping charges you will have the opportunity to cancel your order. Your order will ship as soon as payment is received.

 

We reserve the option to change the shipping method without notice. We often change the shipping method when necessary to protect us from losses due to damage or fraud when USPS shipping methods are selected since USPS shipping methods do not come with tracking or insurance. Many orders over $50, where the shipping method selected by the customer is USPS, are changed to UPS or FedEx. Also given the limitation of the hours of operation of the United States Postal Service most orders that ship between the hours of 4 PM Central Time and 7 PM Central Time are shipped UPS or FedEx so that a full day of transit time isn't lost.

All sales are final. Only under special circumstances will returns will be accepted. You must notify us within 5 days of receipt if you want to return your order. Please do not return your order until you receive authorization. There will be a 20% restocking fee and no refund of original shipping. You will receive a Coupon Code worth the value of the original order less 20% and original shipping. Coupon Codes expire one year after issue.

All damage notifications must be received within 5 days of receipt. We will make the insurance claim in most cases. When the claim is paid we will reship the order.

Most in stock orders received before 2:00 PM Eastern Time ship same day. If you place an express order after that time we will do our best to get the order out same day but we make no guarantees.

Most in stock orders deliver within 5 business days after shipping but some can take up to 10 business days depending on the shipping method and location. Please contact us if you do not receive your order within 5 to 10 business days after your order is shipped. Please note that the status may never changes from "processing". During busy periods you may not receive a shipping notification or tracking number or it make take a few days for this information to post.

We offer customer service by email during normal business hours Monday to Friday. We often answer emails outside of normal business hours since we tend to operate around the clock as business demands. Sorry we do not offer customer service by phone.
