Shipping & Returns

Shipping charges are an estimate.  The shipping charges are actual shipping charges and are determined by the carrier.  We do not add any handling charges.  Most ground shipping charges are correct however almost all express order are estimated too low.  This is due to what is termed "dimentional weight". Dimentional weight, not the actual weight, is used to determine the rate for express shipments.  Our shopping cart does not have the ability to deterning the dimentions of the shipping container so the resulting express shippig rate is almost always low. If the actual shipping is more you will be sent, via email, a PayPal invoice for the difference. You will have the opportunity to cancel your order or your order will ship as soon as payment is received. We reserve the option to change the shipping method without notice. Almost all orders are shipped via FedEx or USPS. UPS is rarely used and for the most part is only used for the shipping estimate because their rate servers are more compatable with our shopping cart then FedEx's rate servers.

Free Shipping - Orders of $300 or more shipped ground delivery within the contiguous US. Offer applies to inventory on hand at the time of order - no back orders or future shipments. May not combine with other offers. Offer expires 9/11/09

All sales are final - We do not accept returns for any reason.  In the event that an exception is made there will be a 20% restocking fee and no refund of shipping coming or going.

Damage Claims - All damage notifications must be received within 3 days of receipt. We will make the insurance claim in most cases.

Please remember that your credit card statement will reflect billing from US Purchase and/or PayPal. If we receive a credit card or PayPal dispute there will be a $50 chargeback fee.
